To serve you better, we are happy to offer a certified gluten-free crust. We have developed specific procedures to avoid cross contamination. A pizza made on our gluten-free crust is prepared in our kitchen using separate sanitized utensils, baked in its own pan, and then placed in a box to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, but please be aware that we use wheat flour in our kitchens.
