His wrecked and burned car had been found later with a body inside which had been burned beyond recognition, and he had been declared dead. Then, Lance’s mother Vanessa Prentiss informed Leslie that she much preferred her to be with Lance rather than Lorie, but Leslie defended her by suggesting that Lorie didn’t release her book In My Sister’s Shadow about their relationship.
